UAB “Element Lab” e-commerce model implementation. The project wants to respond to the needs of customers, so it was decided that it is necessary not only to produce high-quality goods but also to create a convenient e-shop for everyone.
The goal of the project is the implementation of information technologies for managing business transactions electronically to increase the income growth of UAB “Element Lab”. As a result of the project, an innovative design, easy to use customer self-service e-commerce platform – e-commerce will be created and implemented. E-shop solutions will be integrated with the company’s resource management systems, so that there is an opportunity to promptly organize the improvement of sales and production processes.
UAB “Element lab” received support under priority 13 “Promotion of actions to overcome the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and preparation for environmentally friendly, digital and sustainable economic recovery” measure No. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860 “E. business model COVID-19”, which aims to encourage companies to implement information technology to manage business transactions electronically to increase revenue growth. The implementation of the project is supported by the Republic of Lithuania and partly financed by the European Union.
The project budget is EUR 34,000.00.

UAB “Element Lab” started preparing for the production and supply to the market of natural herbal food supplements using the experience gained from scientific research and experimental development projects, plant quality development, and their use in industry. The next step of this company’s strategy is the implementation of an e-commerce model, which will strengthen the company’s position in the market and help generate higher revenues. The project’s activities include the solution of an electronic trading platform, which will provide an opportunity to sell health products more efficiently and respond more precisely to the needs of customers.
After the implementation of the Project, conditions will be created for the rapid business development of UAB “Element lab” and opportunities will be created for the company to continue successfully competing in the market. Purchase e. commercial solutions will allow to successfully start interactive sales processes, help automate the company’s sales and increase the company’s income. After the implementation of the Project, the implemented self-service solution will allow customers to identify the most suitable products or their combinations, which will ensure smooth sales management, delivery of goods, payment, and related processes.
Creation and implementation of design and marketing innovations UAB “Element lab”.

The implementation of the project will make it possible to implement the vision of the company’s activity development, reach a large number of consumers, and ensure awareness of the products in the market.

The Covid-19 pandemic, although it was a big challenge for the health, tourism, education, business, and other sectors, led to a greater concern for a large part of people about their health, there is a marked increase in the demand for products and services aimed at improving health and strengthening immunity. At the same time, trust in natural health products based on the healing properties of plants is growing in society. To respond to the needs of the recovering sector, to create awareness of the new brand and the quality of the company’s production, the company intends to carry out activities in the development and implementation of food supplement packaging design solutions and, using the abilities of the creative and cultural industries sector, to implement marketing campaigns to introduce products to the market.
